Lunch at SKERPI
– Faroese Seafood in Nature

Ræst now invites you to book an exclusive lunch experience in Skerpi – our mobile restaurant built inside a model of a traditional Faroese fermentation shed, reimagined for intimate dining experiences in nature. Nestled beside our live seafood ‘pantry’ by a stunning fjord just 15 minutes outside of Tórshavn, Skerpi offers a unique setting where nature and the finest Faroese seafood come together.

Lunch at Skerpi is available by request only, and we welcome bookings for private groups of up to 8 guests.

The experience takes place from 11:30 to 13:15, and it is available for lunch bookings only.

What’s Included

  • A seafood-focused menu of 5–6 servings, highlighting hand-dived, raw and grilled shellfish
  • A glass of Champagne and a glass of quince cider to complement the meal, plus water, coffee and tea. We also offer alcohol-free options.
  • The entire Skerpi experience is available for a total price of 12,000 DKK – everything included.

For those wishing to pair the meal with additional bottles of wine, it is possible to pre-order wine from the curated wine lists of Ræst.

Practical Information

  • Transportation is handled by the guests, but we’re happy to assist with making arrangements.
  • We can accommodate gluten-free or lactose-free dietary needs.
  • Please note: due to the nature of the menu, we are unable to accommodate seafood allergies.
